Trust & Safety

Inviting someone into your home is a big deal. Here's how we help you book with confidence.

Verified pros

Providers with a Verified badge have had their identity and trade credentials reviewed by our team before they can take jobs.

Only customers with a completed booking can leave a review. No fake five-star ratings, no paid placements.

Every profile shows average rating, total jobs completed, and a before-and-after photo gallery of real work.

Something went wrong? Contact us and we'll investigate. Pros with repeated valid complaints are removed from the platform.
